WebHookify provides webhook management and monitoring services that enable developers and businesses to efficiently handle HTTP callbacks, monitor webhook requests in real-time, and integrate with various platforms. These Terms of Service (&quo;Terms&quo;) govern your access and use of WebHookify's services, websites, features, apps, and technologies (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

WebHookify provides the following core services:

• Webhook Endpoints: Create unlimited custom webhook URLs for receiving HTTP callbacks
• Real-time Monitoring: Track all webhook requests with detailed logging and analytics
• Multi-platform Notifications: Receive alerts via Discord, Telegram, email, and mobile push notifications
• Request Inspection: View detailed request headers, payloads, and response data
• Dashboard Analytics: Monitor webhook performance, success rates, and usage statistics
• API Access: Programmatic access to your webhook data and configurations

To use our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and up-to-date account information

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Services.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your account if:

• Your account remains inactive for an extended period
• We discontinue the Services

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and we may delete your account data after a reasonable period.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Effective Date" above. If the changes are significant, we will provide additional notice, such as sending you an email notification. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
