  • Full Refunds: Available within 7 days of purchase if unused. No questions asked!
  • Partial Refunds: If you’ve started using the service but haven’t finished setup or integration, we may issue a partial refund based on usage.
  • No Refunds: Once services are fully delivered or heavily used, refunds can’t be provided.
  • Time Limit: All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your purchase.

Specific Scenarios

  • Technical Glitches: If a bug or error on our platform prevents usage, we’ll issue a full refund.
  • Not Happy with Results: If the service didn’t meet your expectations, contact us within 7 days. We may offer a partial refund or credit after reviewing your case.
  • Accidental Purchases: Contact us right away if you made a mistake. If unused, we’ll process a full refund.
  • Subscription Cancellations: Cancel before your next billing cycle to receive a refund for any unused services. Services already used during the cycle aren’t refundable.
